Gluten-Free Skyline Chili Recipe!

One of the ways I have tried to keep things ‘normal’ around my house after my Gluten Intolerance Diagnosis, was to turn recipes that we used to eat into Gluten-Free Recipes.  My sister in law introduced me to Skyline Chili a few years ago – this is a Chili Recipe that can be served over Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, or Pasta.

Skyline Chili was originated out of Cincinnati Ohio and was introduced through Skyline Restaurants, which offers many Gluten-Free Menu Options.  I was bound and determined to make it at home because I loved it so much when I first tried it!  I think this is the recipe that tastes the closest to the original recipe – I serve it over my favorite Gluten-Free Pasta Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta.  This is the closest Pasta that I have found to regular Spaghetti, it is not mushy and stays to form when cooked.

Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread Recipe

I am so excited to share with you my Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread Recipe, which is one of my favorite fall foods! After finding out I had a gluten intolerance issue, the first thing I thought about was my favorite Pumpkin Bread Recipe. Yesterday, I decided that I would try to make a gluten free version of my favorite recipe by Tammy’s Recipes.

I am so happy that it turned out AMAZING! The only difference is that it is a little denser than my traditional recipe, however the flavor and texture is just the same! This recipe was adapted by my favorite Pumpkin Bread recipe that you can find here. This recipe makes 2 loaves.
